xiatianxuan 27a5f7723d fix: 6个bug修复 + 4个新功能 + 68个针对性测试 
Bug 修复:

- _dry_run_preview 解包错误（12元素元组只解包6个）

- _should_ignore 取反逻辑错误（无匹配时取反仍排除文件）

- _resolve_name 模板 KeyError（未知占位符导致崩溃）

- diff_backup 修改检测错误（所有共同文件都报告为已修改）

- format_status OSError（符号链接断裂导致异常）

- _gitignore_to_fnmatch 冗余条件（死代码清理）

新功能:

- restore --select: 选择性还原（支持 glob 通配符）

- schedule export --type=schtasks: Windows 计划任务导出

- 分卷自动合并还原（.001 文件自动检测合并）

- --pre-hook / --post-hook: 备份前后执行自定义脚本

测试: 353 → 421（+68），ruff check 零错误
